What the site is built to collect
Checkout asks for a name, UAE mobile number, email, Dubai area, delivery address, building, delivery date, time slot, and any special instructions. Bulk requests and monthly plans ask for similar contact details, a meal count, and a location.
What this site does not do
Card numbers and security codes are never typed into this website and never stored here. Payment for meal orders is arranged directly with the kitchen on WhatsApp after your order request is saved.
Order tracking
Tracking will require the order number and the mobile number from checkout. The tracking page is designed so a guessed order number alone does not reveal an address or other personal details.
Basket
The basket is kept in a session cookie on this device so it survives as you move between pages. The cookie is marked HTTP-only. On a secure site it is also marked secure.
Questions about personal data can be sent through the contact form. Messages are stored for the kitchen.
