The menu
The menu shows the current price for each meal. Where a meal has quantity prices, the unit price follows the count in the basket. The kitchen can update prices and availability before Ramadan. A quote request is not an order.
Orders
An order request exists only after checkout has been saved and given an order reference. Kitchen confirmation, payment and delivery are arranged on WhatsApp. A bulk request or a monthly-plan request does not place an order and does not create a recurring charge.
Payment
Checkout saves your order request before WhatsApp opens. Nothing is sent on WhatsApp until you press Send. This site does not ask for or store card numbers, and it does not show a payment as successful before the kitchen confirms arrangements.
Delivery
Delivery is within the Dubai areas listed at checkout. A delivery charge is added only after the kitchen confirms one. Hours: Operating hours to be confirmed by the kitchen. Same-day order cutoff to be confirmed by the kitchen.
